Lombard was born on September 19, 1955 in Los Angeles Ca, He died on August 15, 1977 in Lancaster Ca after falling out of the back of a pick up truck. He was working at Bob's big boy as a cook at the time of his death, Still one of my favorite places .I have never forgot him, even after 30 plus years as he was my best friend since elementary school. Jim, I think of him often too and miss him very much. His death was hard on me, and on my whole family. He was always at our house. Remember that he and my mom would sit at the kitchen table and talk for hours? I loved him. I believe that if he had not been killed we would have ended up back together (again!!!).
I remember his accident....i was really upset...I had the biggest crush on him!!!!!...He used to go to Young Life and we had meetings at our house.....Kim...I agree, he was a really nice guy!!!!!!....This is the first time I've looked at this page really...and I'm shocked by who has passed on....
