Timothy J. Gilbertson, 51, died at the Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2001. He was born in La Crosse on June 3, 1950 to Glenn and Dorothea (Berger) Gilbertson.

Tim is survived by his two brothers, Glenn Jr. “Tink” (Mary) of Evergreen, CO and Tom (Karen Mahan) of Naples, Florida; two nieces, Amy (Michael) Mahns of Missoula, Montana, and Gail (John) Russell of Edwards, Colorado; two grandnieces, Isabell and Piper; a grandnephew, Darraugh; and his many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, Sept. 21 at 3 p.m. at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. The Rev. Rachel Thorson Mithelman will officiate. The Sletten McKee Hanson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
