Randall “Randy” L. Kelly, 70, of Chaseburg, died Sunday, June 7, 2020 at his home. 

He was born on October 31, 1949.

• Rest In Peace, Randy! Many fun memories of you.
• I will miss hearing that old truck with the loud exhaust pipes/engine come into the parking lot at the Bluffview Apartments in Chaseburg. I always knew it was Randy coming home from Tippy Toe, after socializing over a few "Brewskis" with his friends. Randy had a huge heart and a great sense of humor. I had the pleasure of meeting Randy when I bartended at the Tippy Toe 2 years ago, we would always chat when I bartended. We would say "Hello" to each other whenever we met each other outside of the Apartments. Randy will be missed by many.
