Cheryl Anne Leitz-Daggs, 47, of Bloomington, Minn., died on Wednesday, May 20, 1998, at the Riverside Hospice Center, Minneapolis. She was born in La Crosse on July 4, 1950. Cheryl was a graduate of La Crosse Central High School and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She had taught at Dover-Eyota High School in Eyota, Minn. and had worked as a claims adjuster for West Bend Mutual Insurance of Minneapolis.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Eric; four step-children, Eric, Erica, Devin and Amber; three step-great grandchildren; loving aunts and uncles, Bob and Joan Leitz, Naples, Fla., Ellen Katchell of Milwaukee, and Shirley Allen of Holmen, Wis., and cousins, Robby and Cindy, Mike and Cathy, Diane, Sonja, and Stanie.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 1998, at 1:30 p.m. at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church with Rev. Rachel Thorson-Mithelman officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 12:30 until the time of services.
