JAMES “CHRIS” MARTIN, age 46, of LaFayette passed away Monday, July 25, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Hazel Martin and Leonard and Artie Hamby.
Chris is survived by his wife, Rhonda Martin of LaFayette; his mother and father, Kenneth and Charlona Martin; daughter, Kayla (Joshua) Roberts of Crandall, Ga; son, Alex (Courtney) Martin of Ringgold and JoDon Bartley of Crandall, Ga.; brother, Keith (Hope) Martin of Trion; grandchildren, Megan Bartley, Kaylee Bartley, Landon Martin, Abigail Martin, Prezley Roberts, Sawyer Martin, and Emery Martin; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral from the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel Friday, July 29th at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Tim Cheathem and Rev. Lowell Cantrell officiating.
Interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Cohutta, Ga.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, July 28th from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
