You were always nice when I taught you...I remember last time I saw you..you were with your mom in front of Walmart when it was next to the old LHS location...you were living in Knoxville best I recall your telling me..

You were always real, no pretense, no having to lift weights, be right wing grandstanding, or acting macho tough..no psuedo-intellectualism.....you had a quite inner strength....an admirable trait...

You left this world way young...

Vi Perdue (Lawhorn) (1981)

Brent was my best buddy. He was always there when I needed a friend there's not a day that goes by that I don't think of him. I loved his smile. When I was down he always knew the right words to say to bring a smile to my face.
Brent you'll always be in my heart.

Patricia Sholtz (Burrell) (1983)

Brent and I became friends @ Rock Spring Elem. He lived less that a mile from me. I used to go to Halloween parties @ his house and we had a blast. Everyone really loved Brent. He was a sweet and wonderful person and a joy to be around. I could not believe it when I heard the sad news.
