Timmy and I were friends for so long. I have soooo many memories and stories I could tell. But the one that sticks out the most was about 6 months after graduation in December we had a really good snow. Me, Timmy, Shannon, and a lot more people went to Sand Hill around where Timmy lived. We were all piled up in two 4x4 trucks. We had taken a hood off of an old car and tied rope to it and attached the rope to Timmy's truck. We all took turns being pulled on the hood through the snow (redneck snowboarding I suppose). Well it was Shannon and Nat's turn....hee hee hee......I was in the truck with Timmy and I stuck my foot over and floored the accelerator. LOL, the truck went one way, the hood went the other and Shannon and Nat went another. I didn't think I would ever stop laughing because when they got up they were both yelling at Timmy for it. Some of the best times of my teenage years were hanging around with Timmy Gaines and Frankie Sutton and they are both gone now. They are sorely missed.
That was a great day! The one thing that sticks out in my mind is how Timmy was always smiling. I cannot ever think of a time when he was not happy. I miss him so much.
