Robert M. Flanagan, 30, Ladysmith, Wis., died Friday, Sept. 16, 2005, at Rusk County Memorial Hospital, Ladysmith.
He was born July 23, 1975, to Michael Flanagan and Demarese Bell at Eau Claire. He was raised and attended school in Ladysmith.
Robert was a loyal Green Bay Packer fan and a huge Dale Earnhardt fan. He loved racing, demolition derbies and fishing. He also enjoyed his baseball and racing card collections.
Surviving are his father, Michael Flanagan of Ladysmith; his mother, Demi Boyle of Eau Claire; paternal grandparents, Robert and Dorothy Flanagan of Prairie Farm; brothers, Jody Flanagan of Turtle Lake, John Bill of Thorp, Christopher Bill of Chippewa Falls and Matthew Boyle of Eau Claire; sisters, Teresa Shackleton of San Jose, Calif., and Kellie Sarauer of Chippewa Falls; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Norman Bell and Lorraine Pitzer; and a brother, Barry Flanagan.
Services were held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, from Mark Rausch Funeral Home, Dallas, Rev. Dora Gutierrez officiating, with interment at Vanceburg Cemetery, Town of Sheridan, Dunn County.
