I remember you being a character full of jokes..It was like yesterday we where in high school..May god watch over you in heaven as well as your family here on earth. Until we meet again.
I honestly feel like I am at a lost of words on this situation. I can't believe you are gone, we have had some good times and of course a couple of bad ones along the way(haha)but I am sooo sad your life came to an end in this way! I am full of emotions, this has truely affected me more than I could have imagine. I know you are in a better place, and don't worry, god will watch over your little ones!!!
First off R.I.P Johnny Babineaux...I hate the fact that you are gone knowing that you were just in my presence hours before your death...I wish I would have said more prior to your departure from my home...All I could remember you saying on Monday was "Pee keep me posted for our reunion"...I will definitely miss seeing you around all the time in the neighborhood picking your children up from their grandmother's house...You are a special person and you knew it!!!!!!! You and your crew never miss any of the BIG EVENTS in Lafayette...You had style, swagger, & most of all an attitude out of this world...I will cont'd to pray for you and your family and just know that you will always be deeply missed...Crazy as it seems I know we'll meet again... CLASS of 1999 will truly miss you.....
Johnny, when I say that you will truly be missed, you will "Truly be missed". I can't imagine what the reunion is going to be without you. You were something else, you pissed me off time after time, but through it all I still loved the crazy person you were. Through the years I could just see how you were blossiming into this good man and father and I was so proud of you. I could remember when you came to school with your momma's wig to try and get back at me for something I did and I wanted to mess you up, but at the same time laugh at you. You were so full of jokes and always kept us rolling. I know that God has a special place waiting on you. You were a good person and God rest your soul. Until then, Good Evening!!!

Not, to forget, you would never let me forget, how much of a great sense of humor you have always had. I cannot believe that name stuck with me since high school, Gerber!LOL! That is what you called me," Gerber", everytime you saw me,I laughed, and could not help but to response, " Hey friend"! You will truly be missed, but never forgotten. A jokester, a clown, a nut! I remember at Acadian Middle the short time he was there he used to call me brace face but I never quite understood that, because both of us had braces. I remember in high school you and Reg where two peas in a pod, always hanging together. I definately remember the time you wore that wig to get back at Jonetta. I remember meeting Armani for the first time and I couldn't believe how much she looks exactly like you. I have soooo many memories of you, I can probably go on forever! Johnny, you will definately be missed and the reunion won't be the same without you. RIP
