Reggie died on September 30, 2002 after a long illness. He was a graduate of Penn State and the University of Pittsburgh law school.
Reggie was a lawyer and the captain of a commercial fishing boat out of St. Pete's Florida, where he was living when he died.
He was survived by his two sisters.
