I am just so very sadden by this news. Though I do not keep in close contact with all of you, each of you holds fond memories and you are thought of often. Jane was and remainded a joyful being regardless of what she was experiencing. She was a stalwart in keeping us all together through the years as have many of you. Jane will be sorley missed especially this week as we come together to celebrate our 55th reunion.

I am very, very sad to hear that Jane has passed away. I enjoyed having monthly reunion lunches with her these past few years and also receiving monthly emails from her with news and the date for the next lunch. This year was different, of course, with Jane staying in Florida and unable to continue her work. It is a shame she couldn't be with you for the reunion she worked so hard on. I have informed Henri Tacon of her passing and he extends his sympathy as well.
Jane was kind enough to accept my invitation to our senior prom. Here's the way I'll remember her -- young and full of life and just a bit of mischief. I was a new guy at the school, having just moved to Lake Forest the year before. But Jane always treated me and my sister Ann like we were old friends. Rest in peace, Jane. Thanks for all the joy and happiness you shared with us.
Jane was a dear friend to me during Junior High and High School. She made my teenage years happy ones.
I saw Jane at the 50th class reunion and we were able to exchange memories of the fun times we had.
Memories of our antics are still shared with my family and friends. I am so thankful that Jane and I crossed paths during this long journey called "life".
For me, Jane was one of the funniest women I've ever known. Here is a cute picture from a 1953 Lake Forester with Jane front and center watching the inauguration of IKE with some of her Halsey School classmates. Bet she had a good one-liner watching that one. Thanks for some great times, Jane. You will be missed.
I met Jane in High School & immediately knew she was a vixen, which was a loveable feature in her case. Although I haven't kept in touch with most of my classmates, I did periodically touch bases with Jane and always tried to hear her take on what was going on whenever I went to the luncheons. I'll truly miss her wry smile and infectuous laughter.
Jane really was the spirit of our class, the one who kept us all connected. It's hard to imagine getting together without her. Here's another picture of Jane from ancient history, published in the Lake Forester about 60 years ago.
