In Memory

Pam Welling (Berger)

Pam Welling Berger passed away suddenly in March of 1989 at the age of 44.  She died of heart failure.

Pam packed a lot into her 44 years of life!  She taught French for 21 years at Greenhills High School in Clifton, OH, served as the Chair of the Language Department and was President of the Greenhills-Forest Park Teachers' Association.  During spring vacations, she led student tours of France.  She was a worthy advisor of the Rainbow Girls, a member of People for the American Way, Common Cause, American Civil Liberties Union and MENSA.  Pam authored reviews of French textbooks and was an ardent student of politics.

Pam was a graduate of Hillsdale College and received her Masters in French from the University of Cincinnati.  She is survived by her husband Roger.
