LAKELAND - Jeffrey J. 'Jeff' Clark, 58, passed away Aug. 24, 2014, from heart failure. 
Jeff was born in Lakeland on June 11, 1956, and remained a lifelong resident of the area. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the Catholic War Veterans and Knights of Columbus. 
Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Joy Clark and sister, Judy Clark. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Clark; father, Harry Clark; sisters, Kathy and Joanie Clark. 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, Aug. 29th at 8 30 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
