POLK CITY - Mr. Charles "Chuck" Paul VanDuyn, Jr., age 39, a resident of Polk City, Florida passed away Thursday, September 27, 2007 due to an occupational accident. 
Mr. VanDuyn was born May 12, 1968 in Bartow, Florida to Charles Paul and Cheryl Ann (Vobrak) VanDuyn, Sr. Chuck was a lifetime resident of Polk County and loved to restore old cars and trucks. He was a Truck Driver. He was preceded in death by his Maternal and Paternal Grandfathers.
