Duane “Dewey” Malkow: September 3, 1960–July 27, 1998 - After treatment for leukemia, he contracted and died from pneumonia.  Dewey started working at Despatch Industries after graduation until his death.  He was married to Beth Jorgenson in 1988 and they had a baby boy Matthew.  Matt changed Dewey’s life for the better.  He was a doting father and after his divorce with Beth, it was just the two of them against the world.  In May of 1993, he married the love of his life Laurie. He gained a lovely step-daughter Megan and two years later they had a beautiful baby girl Jennifer.
