I know that there are countless pictures and stories of Kent to share, so please feel free to do so in these comments, if you are able. His passing is still fresh for many of us.

For now, all I will say is the obvious: Kent always wore a smile; he was brave and caring and true. A small group of us got together with him for drinks in Denver about a month before last Thanksgiving, and it will always be a lasting memory for me. I saw many of you at his service, and it that outpouring from our class was a testament to Kent's life.

I hardly knew Kent. I only have 2 memories of the guy. 1 was letting him play tetris on my cell phone (in 2004). We were in neutral terms. When i found out of his passing, I decided to come both to the visitation and the funeral. Out of respect of a fellow classmate. And to try to comfort those who knew him much better than I did. He seemed like a swell guy learning what i learned during the service.
