Jason Daniel "Dan" Smith, 40, beloved husband, father, son and friend, went home to be with his precious Savior on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, surrounded by his family at his home. Memorial service: 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church of Saginaw, 300 N. Old Decatur Road, Saginaw. Bluebonnet St., Saginaw, Texas 76179, an organization that facilitates local and international mission work, something that Dan was very passionate about. He served those around him selflessly, showing the love of Christ to countless people and displaying an unwavering faith in Christ in spite of the trials he endured during his fight against cancer. His faith was not circumstantial.
