Jeff Queppet

Jeffrey Richard Queppet of Holland died peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family, Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at his home. He was 38.

He was the beloved husband of seven years to Sandra Phillips Queppet; loving father of Aidan James Queppet; and steadfast companion to his recently deceased golden retriever, Cooper.

Born in Meadowbrook, Jeff grew up in Trevose, and was a 1990 graduate of Neshaminy High School.

Jeff was a born 'creative' and loved music, photography, and all things artistic. Following his passion for art, he went to the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, where he received his bachelor's degree in 1995.

After graduating, he began his 15-year career with Disc Makers of Pennsauken, N.J., where he integrated his graphic design talents with his marketing skills for artists in the film and music industries.

Jeff was an avid mountain bike rider, and over the past three years, participated in the Philadelphia Livestrong Challenge.

His determination and desire to beat cancer was always motivated by the love and devotion he had for his wife and son. He shattered the life expectancy statistics of his cancer for which we are so proud of him.

In addition to his wife and son, he is survived by his parents, Richard J. and Eleanor Queppet of Trevose; his sisters, Krista Scheffler and her husband, Scott of Morrisville, and Nikki Krassen and her husband, Paul of Plymouth Meeting. He also is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
