Kim was the most wonderful person I ever met. I met her in 4th grade and she was a great friend. She had some tough times but always seemed to have a smile on her face. It is really sad that the world has to live without her bubbly personality, her great smile and the way she could light up a room. I truely miss her.

Kim was a great friend of mine. I met her when I was seven years old. She greeted me with a smile and Kim never lost that smile. Her smile will always be embedded in my heart for as long as I live. I miss her so much. You know, Kim was my girlfriend when we were in the 5th and 6th grade when we were at Mesilla Park. As a matter of fact Lupe Guillen brought us together. Anyway my friends told me that when we started jr. high , me and Kim wouldn't last as a couple because of all the new girls and boys we would meet. Well, they were right, but Kim and I remained the best of friends. She knew me like no one else until the day she died. For those who don't know, Kim died in June, 1991. I know she's up in heaven making somebody laugh and the thing I think about the most is that while she is making everyone laugh in heaven, she is doing it while she is walking!!! I told Kim she would walk again, I just wanted to see her walk here with us!!! I miss you and I love you Kimberly Dianne Reyes.

Kim was a great friend of mine as well. I too met Kim in Mesilla Park Elem. I remember I had her for a class in Zia, I believe it was Ms. Parish (not sure) anyway Kim did something in class and Ms. Parish had already had it with us (and she was a very patient teacher by the way) and she told Kim, "Kimberly you need to go outside right now!" and all Kim did was start laughing and clap her hands. She always would clap her hands. Like all of you, I miss her so much she was the one who introduced me to my xhusband which was a blessing because I have to beautiful girls because of it. Kim, like Gilbert said, you are walking now girl, you are walking......

I also know Kim from our days at Mesilla Park. I remember playing marbles with her during recess just outside of Mrs. Carson's classroom. She was always watching out for me and telling me to stay out of trouble, kidnda like an older sister would do. Kim and Gilbert Armendarez were my personal tutors during elementary and junior high, and I will forever be in their debt. She had a beautiful smile, and a beautiful heart. We will see her again............

I met Kim at Mesilla Park Elem...she was amazing...she always had a smile on her face. I don't think there was anyone that didn't know & like Kim.Like everyone else says she would just light up any room & could manage to cheer you up if you were down. I miss her dearly & will always remember that beautiful smile of hers.

I met Kim at Mesilla Park Elem. She was such a great person, I miss her so much. I went to visit Kim in the hospital after her accident along with Linda Ferrales, Rosalie Mendoza and a few others, We'll never forget that day. Kim was always at the parties in highschool though! I remember how much we laughed- when I'd push her down the hallways and run over peoples feet if they did'nt move out of our way fast enough! Smile big in Heaven Kim, we miss you! I met Kim at Zia. She was a wonderful friend to me. She always had a way of making me laugh when something was wrong. She had the biggest heart and never had a grudge against anyone, no matter what the situation was. We would walk to her home after school and just pig out on junk food. She was the best friend that everyone would love to have. We had great times in high school also, wheeling her down the hall way and racing the bell. I will never forget Kim and her wonderful smile that is embedded in my heart.

Kim was my cousin, so I've known her my whole life. I miss her every day. She did have a big ass smile that you just couldn't resist. Like Lupe I remember "Red Wine" and also "Hotel California" as her songs. She touched so many lives and we are all blessed for it. I know she was watching us this weekend and keeping us all safe. We love and miss you Kim.
Love your cousin
