Comments:
I went to northern California to college and studied Marine Biology. I trained sea lions for research for 5 years and had a blast. I also spent a year working as a research assistant practically living on a small boat doing marine mammal population and behavioral studies. The highlights were being in a 25 ft boat with thousands of dolphins swimming around us and another time when a blue whale came up about 100 feet from us.
Since I did all this with little or no pay, I went to Sea World where I trained otters, sea lions, dolphins and killer whales for a little more than no pay. But it was a lot of fun. I met my husband there and eventually we decided to move back west. We are now in Austin and have our two sons. I've been in pharmaceutical sales now for about 7 years
