KATHLEEN L. STROUP, 19, of Las Cruces, died March 31, 1991 at Memorial Medical Center. She is survived by her parents, Mark and Angie of Las Cruces; two brothers, Robert and James of Las Cruces; her maternal grandparents, Ralph and Mary Ellen Todd of Las Cruces; her paternal grandmother, Louise Stroup of Artesia; two aunts, three uncles and eight cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Howard Stroup.

She was a freshman at New Mexico State University, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism and was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. Kathy was also a graduate of Las Cruces High School Class of 1990.
