Sadly, all of Saca's plans and dreams came to a tragic summer of July 2003, when the 21-year-old was killed in a rock climbing accident in Donner Pass, near Lake Tahoe. "Justin went up there to go hiking and got caught up in a flash rain storm, lost his footing and fell." Says his Father.

I've known Justin since we were 10 years old and in the 5th grade. Then we spent 6th grade being home-schooled together. I'm not sure how many classes we shared during junior high and high school - a lot. He walked me down the isle at BHS graduation when we received our diplomas. I have a lot of great memories of Justin. He was an outstanding student, athlete, and friend. Even though all we have left are memories of him, I have faith that we will see him again someday. :)

I first met Justin in the fifth grade. If you knew Justin, you quickly learned his love for basketball. Because of him, I started playing ball at the Boy's and Girl's club, we later played together on a team coached by his dad. Justin was simply a nice guy, smart, athletic...someone everyone wanted to be friends with. He is missed very much.
