RETTA HARTMAN Retta Elizabeth Hartman, 53, of Las Vegas, passed away Sept. 21, 2012. She was born July 3, 1959 in Las Vegas to Melvin Reed Whipple and Cleta Margo Hammond Whipple. She is survived by her husband, William J. Hartman; and her daughters, Deana Hartman and Christa Bosley (Michael); her parents; her brother, Dale Whipple (Norma); her sisters, Cynthia Perez (Timothy) and Margo Ivy (Joseph); and many nieces and nephews.
