Jeffrey S. "Jed" Yohman, 43, of Pleasant Unity, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. He was born Aug. 6, 1966, in Latrobe, a son of the late Paul D. Sr. and Mary E. "Betty" (Koval) Yohman. Prior to his illness, he was employed by Tuscano Maher Roofing, Saltsburg. He was a Marine Corps veteran and member of St. Joe's Club and the St. Joe's softball team. He is survived by his wife, Krista L. (Noble) Yohman; two brothers, Mark J. Yohman, of Kenai, Alaska, and his sons, Buzz E. and Clancey B. Yohman, and Paul D. Yohman Jr., of Pennsicola, Fla., and his daughter, Taylor M. Yohman; three sisters, Paula M. Yohman, of Greensburg, Kathleen A. Vahaly and her husband, Richard, of Lancaster, and their daughter, Christine Vahaly, and Beth Bowe and her husband, Francis, of Homer, Alaska, and their children, Mary Hana and Thomas H. Bowe; his father- and mother-in-law, Ray and Joyce Noble, of Derry; and his sister- and brother-in-law, Kelly Lampkin and her husband, Keith, of Greensburg, and their children, Sophia, Dante and Kaia Lampkin. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the GAUT-BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday with Pastor Wayne G. Gillespie officiating. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to PNC Bank, c/o Becca Yokopenic, 204 E. Main St., Ligonier, PA 15658.
