It is with great sadness that I pass along the news that my lifelong friend and brother, Joe Hailey, has passed away. Joe was an intelligent, kind, generous, caring and funny guy, who always made you feel at ease, usually by bringing a smile. For those who don't know, Joe was a makeup artist and was the head makeup person for shows such as Dallas, JAG and NCIS just to name a few. He had talent in many things and was loved by all. His is a great loss and he will be tremendously missed.
