PERKINS, Michael Wayne 55 of Lebanon passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013. Born in Dayton, Oh, November 5, 1957, the son of Roger and Pauline (Isaacs) Perkins, he was a 1976 graduate of Lebanon High School and was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Waynesville. He loved to sing and had a passion for helping the elderly. Mike was a hairdresser at the 757 salon in Lebanon for many years. Preceded in death by his father Roger Perkins, he is survived by his loving mother Pauline Perkins of Lebanon, brother Keith (Susan) Perkins, also of Lebanon, sister Wilma 'Cookie' Noble of Franklin and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Visitation was Sunday evening at the Full Gospel Tabernacle, Waynesville with grave service Monday, October 7, 2013 at the Miami Cemetery, Corwin, Oh with Pastor Tim Noble officiating.
