Tamara Kay Rickey-Hall, 57, of Carlisle, died Saturday September 10, 2016. She was surrounded by her family and friends at the time of her passing. Born November 17, 1958 in Wilmington, OH to James and Doris (nee: Ross) Rickey. She is survived by one son, Dustin (Alexia) Hall of Trenton, one daughter, Tegan (Micah) Bess of Cincinnati, one brother, James Rickey, two sisters, Sandra Forrest and Donna Warwick, and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday September 17, 2016 from 4-6 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home. Service follows immediately at 6 PM.
