This website is dedicated to the loving memory of Rachel, who with her husband Jeff Blazey donated a 11" refractor telescope to the Warren County Astronomical Society for the use and education of the people of the area. This donation was the reason for the building of the Rachel A. Hutzel Observatory at Camp Joy which is to be started this year (2013).
