LaDawn Hunger

    LaDawn Hunger, age 60 of Lehi, died Saturday, April 30, 1994, at her home following a long and valiant struggle with cancer.  She was born February 21, 1934, in Lehi, Utah, a daughter of Francis Adolph and Ethel Southwick Hunger.

    She was a sweet and caring nurse, having worked at several doctors' offices and nursing homes and at the American Fork Training School.  She was a member of the LDS Church, having served a mission in Southern California.  She also had served in the MIA, Primary, Young Women's organization, as a counselor in the Relief Society, and as ward choir leader and ward chorister.

    Survivors include her brother and three sisters:  F. Dean and Helen Hunger, Kaysville; Glenda and Keith Carlson, Fairfield, California; Raelene and Don Hansen, Orem; Merlyn Hunger, Arlington, Virginia; 15 nieces and nephews to whom she was a second mother; and numerous grand-nieces and nephews.

    Graveside services held Tuesday, May 3, 1994, at 12 noon in the Lehi City Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Lehi Second Ward chapel, 300 N. 500 East, Monday evening 7 to 9 p.m. and also Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. prior to graveside.  Funeral directors Wing Mortuary, Lehi.
