Betty Lou Turner (Bristol)

Betty Lou Turner Bristol, 77, of Lehi, UT passed away on August 11,2022 at Bella View Assisted Living. Betty was born on October 12, 1944, to Lewis H. Turner and Delta H Peterson Sorenson Turner in Lehi, UT.

Betty graduated from Lehi High School and went on to marry the love of her life Ray Kelly Bristol on April 21, 1961. Together the two of them had 2 children Kelly Ray Bristol (Kristie) and Kari Lou Bristol Banta (Rob). Her children were the light of her life.

Betty loved the simple pleasures in life. She loved cooking, working in her yard and spending time with her friends, family, and grandchildren. When it was too cold to work in the yard you could find her inside crocheting or putting together puzzles. She also loved her treats. You didn’t touch her ice cream or Kit Kats (unless you were a great grand kid then the chocolate was all yours.)

Betty was preceded in death by her husband Ray, Her parents Lewis and Delta, her 5 brothers: Richard, Bill, Lavar, Boots and Cliff and her granddaughter Melissa Bristol Allen

She is survived by her sister Janice Jorgenson, kids, Kelly (Kristie) Bristol, Kari (Rob) Banta, grandchildren Michael (Amber) Johnson, Tiffany Bristol, Taren (Nick) Boyt, Kyle (Sara) Banta, and Kelly Banta. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.

Betty was so sassy, funny, and caring. She always had a comeback line and a quick wit. She touched so many lives in her time here. She will be missed by so many.
