
Sherral J. Sudweeks LEHI - Sherral J. Sudweeks (Suds), 59, of Lehi, passed away Monday, December 30, 2002, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. He was born November 18, 1943, in the Lehi Hospital, the son of Delbert LeRoy and Elsie Mae Gaisford Sudweeks. He graduated from Lehi High School and served an LDS mission in Uruguay. On his return home from his mission, he joined the National Guard. Married Diane Kay Dean on July 21, 1966, in the Logan Temple. He served many positions in the LDS Church including Bishop and Stake Missionary. He retired from Geneva Steel on August 31, 2002. He is survived by his wife, four daughters, one son, and seven grandchildren: Terry Sudweeks, Lehi; Todd (Jayne) Sudweeks, Saratoga Springs; Tammy Sudweeks, Lehi; Tiffany (Jim) Watson, American Fork; Tracey (Justin) Gockley, Orem; his parents, Lehi; a brother, Delbert E. Sudweeks (Margarita), Pleasant Grove; and a sister, Diane Crowther (Paul), Cedar City. Preceded in death by two brothers, Ervin and Jerry. Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 3, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. in the 7th Ward Chapel, 1095 N 300 W, Lehi. Friends may call Thurs. evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Wing Mortuary, 118 E. Main, Lehi, and Friday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment, Lehi City Cemetery.
