Amy Rosenthal (Saul)

In the fall of 2006, Amy was diagnosed with Small Cell Lung Cancer.  Amy traveled to New York City from Manalapan, New Jersey to Sloan-Kettering for the best treatment available.  She knew fairly soon after the diagnosis that her prognosis was not good for this type of advanced lung cancer.  In January 2009, after two plus years of difficult treatment, she lost her battle with the disease.  She is survived by her mother, father, two sisters, a brother-law, her husband and two sons.

In the fall of 2010, the Class of 1980 dedicated a Dogwood tree in her honor at The Lexington School.  Her parents, Carol and Gerald, and her sister, Randi, were in attendance along with ten of her TLS classmates and two former teachers, Mrs. Libby Geddes and Mrs. Marijo Foster.
