Nan Mary Salling, 66, of Lexington, died Thursday, November 13, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Bill and Maxine Frazier Salling.

She was a retired school teacher at Dunbar High School. She received her education from the University of Kentucky where she received her Master’s Degree and was working on her Doctorate Degree. She was also a member of Porter Memorial Baptist Church and was currently employed at Things Remembered in Fayette Mall.

Survivors include her son, William Nathan Gordon, Denver, CO; one sister, Diane Barrett, Denver, CO.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Hannah Gordon and a son, David Gordon.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Saturday at Milward – Southland with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.

Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
