Louis was my first 'lboyfriend.' We met when we were 3 years old and lived on Franklin street. His brother, Stuart, was also my friend. In all the pictures of my childhood birthdays Louis and Stu are in them standing beside me. We stayed friends all through grade school and high school and I cannot believe he is gone. Thank you Louis for making my childhood on Franklin street such a special place to grow up.

When I think of Louis Biggerstaff, my first three memories are:
1) He introduced me to Bob Dylan.
2) We damn near froze riding back from a bike ride to Excelsior Springs one Sunday in October.
3) I use to love to help him close the APCO at 10, after we closed Schoeller's at 9!
WTF! We need to do a better job of saying hello, as well as good bye.
