Randall William Flanders, born February 3rd, 1951. Randy was born to Eugene W. Flanders and Lillian Irene Flanders in Mitchell, South Dakota. Randy moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where he spent much of his life. He left us far too soon due to cancer on August 30th, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. Randy spent much of his life on the water, fishing and boating. Randy also enjoyed hunting and spending time at his hideaway at Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Everywhere he went he loved meeting new people, and people loved meeting him. Randy’s enthusiasm and friendly demeanor set him apart from the crowd. Randy was a long time talented and committed realtor. He spent 18 years in the real estate business, along with his own company, F&D Wholesale, for 10 or so years. He was always willing to lend a hand either with a task or just by giving a good laugh. He loved his family and friends. He was very devoted to the people he was surrounded by and he will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. Randall leaves behind his parents, his 3 children; Ericka Flanders, Ryan Flanders and his daughter Kylie, and Jeff Flanders. His legacy will live on through them. Randy also leaves behind his sisters; Sue Burns, Debbie Goodwin and Lisa Price, as well as his ex-wife and long time best friend Vonda Flanders, and her 2 children; Travis Cornaby and Chantel Oakes, and five grandchildren. Not to be forgotten is his dog, Harley D., Randall’s dearest companion.
