Deborah Ann Hayghe, 47, of Gambrills, died on March 12, 2009 at home of unknown causes Born September 29, 1961 in Baltimore , she graduated from Andover High School, Anne Arundel Community College & UMBC with degrees in Counseling and Business management. She started her own business for Alcohol and Drug Intervention, which offers substance abuse treatment services. She was able to touch and save many lives through her work. She was an active donor to the Chrysalis House.
