I remember seeing Staffanson's obituary in the Salt Lake Tribune when it appeared, and being very surprised and saddened. What a wonderful person he was, one of the missionaries I liked the most from among all those I met. He was smart, articulate and fun to be around. I wish I had had the chance to meet him or correspond with him in the years after we returned. I have good memories of him.
