Robert Lee “Thunder” Peer Jr., Was born in Lillie Louisiana, March 4, 1949 to Robert L. and Marion G. Robert passed on March 18, 1999. He attended Little Rock Public Schools.

He professed a hope in Christ at an early age under the leadership of Elder E.D. Doyle at the Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church. He was employed by the Black & White Yellow Cab Company until his health failed. Robert Jr. passed from his life on March 18, 1999.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents, Robert L. “Wolfe” and Marion G. Peer of Little Rock, three brothers, James E. Peer (Kathy), Rhodell “Shaky” Peer, and Henry B. Peer (Geraldine) all of Little Rock; two sisters, Alma m. Winfield (Johnny) of Little Rock and Wanda L. Peer of Dallas, TX; and host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
