Janet, 45, died of cancer Monday, Nov. 27, 2006, at her home.

Born Oct. 19, 1961, in Calgary, Canada, she lived in Carlsbad for 10 years. Janet is survived by her companion, Sean Markey of Carlsbad; parents Lorna and Elmer Herbaly of Littleton, Colo.; and brother David Herbaly of Littleton.
