I first met Barry when I attended Fifth Street School in 6th grade. I remember him as a nice guy who pal'd around with Ken Watts. He definitely loved soccer, and was good at it. As we grew into our High School years, I never really got the opportunity to get to know Barry on a deeper level... mostly because of divergent interests and different crowds. Yet, whenever we did interact, he was always kind and curious about what was going on in my life. While I also remember his younger sister Jill, I have fond memories of Barry as a good and decent person.

Barry Scarlett,  he was such a class clown and so cute.  He could make anybody smile.  I was so shy in high school, and he stll made me feel special.  I bet he would be such a cool dad, and I would love to tell anybody that.

I didn't know he was in jail  and was so worried and had no idea where he was. MY GOD  I drove the guy there. What was I going to tell his dad? Well as it  ended up  jeff  was released  and somehow met up with Barry. I had already left and Barry  gave him a ride home .I was so relieved to hear that.I'm gonna miss that man.
