Noel Vincent "Vince" Brumfield II, 36, a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Georgetown, Texas, died at his home Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007 after a ten year battle with diabetes.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Worley; his father, Noel Addison Brumfield; one sister, Amy Brumfield Stepp and her husband David; one niece, Jessica; one nephew, Derick

He was a certified gemologist and manager of Kay Jewelers in Georgetown.
