I am so, so, so sad to hear about this. Craig was one of my favorite people in high school and absolutely one of the best guys around. When he became a police officer my son was totally mesmerized by him and loved to visit with him whenever we would see him around downtown, mostly whenever I shopped around Lockview Plaza, and Craig always showed him his handcuffs and engaged with him about what he wanted you do when he grew up. My son and I talked about Craig so often over the years because he made a lasting impression on him. I was sad when he and Pam, also a childhood friend dating back to kindergarten, moved away. Pam, I love you and you have my heartfelt sympathies on your loss of Craig. He was a big part of my younger years and I'll never forget him. Rest In Peace, you handsome devil.
So, sad to hear about Craig's passing. He was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. We would always joke around in High school. A few years back while visiting in Lockport I was going into the drugstore at Lockview Plaza and low and behold Craig pulls up and steps out of a police cruiser. I was stunned I didn't know Craig was a police officer. Well, knowing that he had a great sense of humor and how we joked in high school, as I was leaving from our conversation I thought it would be funny to pretend I was being arrested! Well, I pretended and Craig just stood there looking at me thinking yup she is still nuts. Fond memories of classmates will live in my heart forever. RIP Craig.
