Michael R. Spradlin, 38, of Medina, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, in Cleveland.

He was born March 17, 1970, in Cleveland. Mike was a plant engineer for UPS. He was a preacher, Sunday school teacher and trustee at Freedom Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cars and riding his Harley.

He is survived by his wife, Tracy L. (nee Cumberledge) Spradlin; children, Drew, Josh, Sami and Luke; mother, Polly Spradlin of Lodi; mother-in-law, Faith Cumberledge; sister, Romola (Jason) Maguire of Lodi; brothers, Don (Rowena) Spradlin of Lavon, Texas, and Dan (Angie) Spradlin of Aurora; and brother-in-law, Tom Cumberledge.

He was preceded in death by his father, the Rev. Donald E. Spradlin, and father-in-law, Thomas E. Cumberledge.
