David Calvin Page, 46, succumbed to injuries sustained in an automobile accident while driving down Logan Canyon Friday, Nov. 21, 2003.
The second child of seven, David was born to Calvin Barney Page and Rose Marie Hulse Page on March 30, 1957, in Logan, Utah. David was reared in Logan. He graduated from Logan High School in 1975. David married Lisa Cook in 1981. They later divorced. In February 1993 David married Susan Barber. They are the parents of two children.
David was employed by Cache Valley Builders Supply for 27 years. He began his career building trusses and worked up to Senior Sales Representative. David was an exceptional and dedicated employee who was well loved by all who associated with him. He made significant contributions to the success of the company.
David was kind and generous. His sense of humor and magnetic personality will be missed by all. He enjoyed camping, fishing, motorcycles, being with his family and friends, his dog, popcorn, and being with his children.
