Services for Bruce A. Petanovich, 55, of Buellton, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, 2006 at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.

Bruce was born July 10, 1951 in Sendai, Japan to Andrew and Ruth Weeden Petanovich. He was a longtime central coast resident and worked as a weigh master for 20 years with Granite Construction. His favorite pastimes included hunting, working on his brotherÞs boat, and loved fishing. He died Saturday, August 12, 2006 at his home. 

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Nadine Petanovich of Buellton;mother, Ruth Petanovich of Lompoc; sisters, Gail Doan of Lompoc and Shelley Ennis of Escondido; brothers, Clyde Petanonvich of Lompoc and Jimmy Petanovich of Summerland. He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew and brother, Nick Petanovich.

Visitation hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Starbuck-Lind Mortuary.
