All interests within the public sector: Public Governance, Economic Development policies (both in developed and developing countries), Agriculture, CAP reform, minimizing distortions to agriculture as a way of reducing poverty and environmental degredation (focus of future PhD)

At the World Bank, I work in the Latin American and Caribbean region in Agriculture development division.

We help marginalized farmers access the markets and value chains by linking them up with producers organizations and providing technical assistance and funding for them to build credit and maintain sustainable business relationships after the Bank projects end.

National Audit Office, Value for Money (performance auditing) division

The Bank of New York, trading American Depository Receipts (ADRs/foreign stocks traded on the American stock exchanges)

Camping, hiking, running, museum-bouncing (especially when they are free!)

I am putting together my perspective PhD applications for PhD programmes in Europe, working with the political-economy theory regarding agriculture policies, interest groups, and institutions that maintain those policies.
