I married Greg Scanlan in 1996. We met at the University of Wyoming.

I received my bachelor's in exercise physiology in 1994. My husband's coaching career has taken us to several states like Illinois, Oregon, and now back home to Colorado where he coaches at CSU. We have been back here for 7 years and love it. I went back to school and received my master's in elementary education and now teach in Loveland.
