Erik and I were great friends. I can remember hanging with him and Shawna and having a great time. His dad worked at the Star-Vu drive in (so did I) and we would go and watch free movies and party. He always had such a great attitude. I kept in touch with him after his accident, while he lived in Boulder. I still miss him and I think of him often - especially when I go walking on the Boulder Creek Trail.
I wasnt friends with Eric, but did have a crush on him, I didnt know that is how he passed on, in an accident? So young to die, thats sad. He never got to live and experience life. My prayers are with his family/friends.
