Bill was a very easy going guy in school. Friendly, and nice to everyone. We went to lunch several times. I saw him and his friend, Howard (Chip) a week to the day that they were killed for no reason whatsoever. His sister, Bonnie and him were very close and I am so sorry for her loss. God Bless bonnie and her family for this senseless tragedy.
