It's sad to hear a fellow friend and classmate to many has fallen. Even with his struggle, he keeped his head high. I remember many fun times together growing up. I remember all the fun we had at Whitter, Southview, and on the streets. From getting in trouble in welding with Ternes, and the road trip we took out to Dayton, OH to see our homie Elliot. I wish you could have lived to get old and grey for you were a strong individual. I miss you already, and I'm glad I was able to make the road trip from NC to see you at your benifit. One Love!

P.S. I'll holla when I get there!!!

I'm at a loss for words...Val was such a great guy. He had the gift of being able to make people smile without even trying. All my sympathy goes out to his wife and rest of his family. He is no longer suffering and may they find peace in that. I wish I was able to make it home for his services. RIP Val...you will be greatly missed by many!!!!
